This package includes the Golf Shop Rates program and a copy of the Flat Rate Manual.
Use these to determine your business model for a golf shop repair/service rate. First the program will calculate the three main areas for operating a successful business: hourly overhead costs, hourly labor costs, and percentage of profit needed to stay in business. These inputs will be used to determine your hourly shop rate needed to charge for repairs/service.
Once calculated, the shop rate will be applied to the average times for common repair and club making tasks. You can also add your own custom task based on this shop rate.
These rates can then be used to complete customer invoices in the Golf Shop Rates program. Inventory and % of shop materials can also be added to the invoice.
Use the SKU Builder to add/edit inventory. Select from four different categories (heads, shafts, grips, accessories) and the SKU Builder will suggest the next number in sequence or type in your own numbers. Up to 1,000 SKUs can be added for each category.
Inventory - current inventory levels and amount sold
All customer invoices and reports can be exported to a .pdf and MS Excel file formats for further flexibility.
